How do I get a moving quote?

How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks out for local moves and 4–6 weeks out for long-distance moves, especially during peak season (May–September). That said, we understand life happens — we regularly accommodate last-minute and same-day moves when our schedule allows.
Is a deposit required to reserve my move date?
Deposit requirements vary by move size and season. Your move coordinator will walk you through exactly what's required (if anything) when you book, with no surprise charges added later.
What areas do you service?

Pricing & Estimates

How is my moving cost calculated?
Local moves are typically priced hourly, based on crew size, truck size, and estimated time on the job. Long-distance moves are usually priced by shipment weight/volume and distance. Every estimate accounts for your inventory, access (stairs, elevators, distance from truck to door), and any specialty items.
Are there hidden fees I should know about?
No. We believe in 100% honest, upfront pricing. Anything that could affect your final cost — stairs, long carries, bulky items, packing materials — is discussed with you before moving day, not sprung on you afterward.
Do you charge for a written estimate?
No, quotes and estimates are always free with no obligation to book.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards along with other standard payment methods. Ask your move coordinator for the full list when you book.

Moving Day

What should I do to prepare before the crew arrives?
Have everything you want moved packed and labeled by room, clear walkways, reserve parking/elevators if needed, and set aside anything you're taking in your own vehicle (valuables, medications, important documents).
Do your movers disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Our crews disassemble large furniture like beds, tables, and sectionals as needed for safe transport, then reassemble everything at your new home.
What items can't be moved?
Hazardous materials (propane, gasoline, paint, aerosols), perishable food, and certain valuables (cash, jewelry, important documents) generally can't go on the truck. We'll walk through the full list with you before your move.
Will the same crew handle my entire move?
For local moves, yes — the crew that loads your belongings is the crew that unloads them. For long-distance moves, your coordinator will explain the logistics for your specific route.

Packing & Protection

Do you offer full packing services?

Yes. All moves include basic released-value protection, and additional full-value coverage is available for extra peace of mind. Your move coordinator can explain the options and help you choose the right level of coverage.
What happens if something is damaged during my move?
In the rare event of damage, contact us as soon as possible so we can open a claim and make it right. We stand behind our work and take damage claims seriously.

How long does a long-distance move take?
Delivery windows depend on distance and route, typically ranging from a few days to about two weeks. Your move coordinator will give you an estimated delivery window when you book.
Are you licensed and insured for interstate moves?
